Korean Fried Chicken
Korean food has exploded in trendy restaurant scenes. The crunch of the batter mixed with the sticky spicy-sweet sauce is definitely worth every bite! No one frys quite like Korean chefs do, so give this recipe a try.

2 eggs
1 cup cornstarch
oil for frying

Steps:
Firstly, toss cut chicken into flour.
Then add floured chicken to whisked eggs.
Put the coated chicken into the cornstarch. Make sure it’s thoroughly covered in cornstarch. (This is what makes it crispy.)
The sauce:
Add together the paste, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce and whisk until completely combined.
Heat your wok to 190 degrees. Add 5cm of oil. Add the chicken and fry until crispy.
