Light therapy facials are a non-invasive beauty treatment that exposes your skin to light energy. It’s absorbed in various depths to stimulate reactions within the skin. These facials help promote cellular growth and repair, giving a healthy glow.

In general, saunas improve blood circulation and improve oxygen levels to help your joints and muscles. But, it’s vital that you use Himalayan salt as the activated air encourages better breathing, and improves oxygen levels in your bloodstream. The treatment involves placing various crystals and minerals around a client’s body so that they can benefit from the healing properties.
Turkish Baths
In their research, Forbes found traditional Turkish bath massages becoming popular with an increase of 85% in popularity. It’s an ancient rational method of bathing that uses special techniques to cleanse and exfoliate impurities from the body.
Not for the faint-hearted, a Turkish bath is about 45 mins of washing, and body scrubbing, with a woven cloth, a foam wash, and a massage. No impurities can escape the scrubbing! But, once done, your skin feels softer and you can soak in the traditional baths.
Nature Therapy
Many of the more traditional therapies are coming back into play. Reconnecting with nature to revitalize the mind, body, and soul, and so, spa trends are following suit. Outdoor massages and retreats are at the center of nature therapy trends.
Immersing yourself in nature has proven studies to lower blood pressure and relieve stress, so focusing on treatments set in the outdoors is the go-to. Think of massages in the great outdoors, a pedicure with a vista, and Japanese forest baths.
Digitally Disconnect
We are all a little addicted to our devices and in desperate need of a detox. Spas are disconnecting and giving guests a chance to disconnect with wellness retreats, nature walks, and meditations all far away from wifi.
